Welcome
Thank you for considering Regency Square Care Center.  As one of the areas most experienced skilled nursing facilities, Regency Square is professionally staffed and equipped to provide the total range of services you or your loved one may need. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. We appreciate the opportunity to tell you about Regency Square and the services we offer.

Philosophy
Our philosophy is simple …Our goal is to restore maximum independence as well as deliver the highest quality long-term care possible. We would like nothing better than to assist all of our residents in returning to their homes. But whether your stay at Regency Square is for short-term rehabilitation or long term care, we strive to provide the highest quality of life for each resident while they are living in our home.

Your Environment
Regency Square makes every effort to ensure your security. The full time maintenance staff inspects each room on a regular basis for safety and repairs. Our staff of housekeepers is on duty each day helping to make sure your room is neat, clean and orderly. Our laundry staff takes special care of your garments. We even help with your mending and there is never an extra charge for laundry services at Regency Square.

Individualized Care
In our home each resident is part of the care team. You and your family will be asked to participate in the planning of your care to best meet your individual needs. Every three months, or more often if needed, we will meet with you and your family to review that your care pan is still meeting your needs. Most of our residents require assistance with dressing, bathing and medications. Only a few people require skilled nursing services available at Regency Square:

Resident Life
Independence and quality of life are only two of the many important elements that make up the total experience at Regency Square. From the moment you enter our home, you will be treated with the respect and dignity you expect in your own home. You will be informed, in writing, of the services available at Regency Square and the charge for those services. Our staff is eager to assist you, and to make your stay at Regency Square comfortable and pleasant.


Recreation
At Regency Square we believe that your day should include activities that are challenging and fulfilling for you. One of our most popular activities is our inter-generational program in the City Public Schools. Your continued involvement with the community is very important to your quality of life. Some of our other recreational programs include Community Theater, concerts, shopping
and a full range of intellectual and diversified activities.

 

 

Quality Dining
We all know that good nutrition is important to recovering and maintaining good physical health. But nutritious food must taste good too. That's why we work hard to insure that our food is delicious. That's what our residents say and we're proud of that! We make every effort to accommodate  special tastes, likes and dislikes. If we serve something you don't care for, we are glad to offer you another choice. Ask about our Resident Menu Committee. Our residents sample and approve all menu items before they are served at Regency Square.
